1) Lesson Payments

Payment has to be done either before or directly after a class by cash or bank transfer. To be eligible for a discounted rate, lesson packages have to be paid fully in advance. All lesson packages are non-refundable and valid for a period of six months after purchase. In order to be eligible for a discounted package rate, you will need to book more than 2 hours weekly.

2) Cancellation policy

If you cannot make it for a scheduled lesson, notice must be given at least 24 hours in advance to ensure our coach has sufficient time to find a replacement for your reserved time slot. In case of last-minute notice or no-show, the full lesson fee shall be paid or the lesson will be counted off your package. Instead of having to cancel last minute, you may also ask another person to take the lesson on your behalf. 

‍3) Rain / Lightning 

Our coaches are using myENV real-time weather apps to inform you if a lesson has to be cancelled due to rain and/or lightning. While this happens frequently in Singapore, wet courts do not automatically mean a lesson is cancelled. If the rain has stopped and the schedule allows it, our coach will arrive early to check and prepare the court for playability. This will be dealt with on a case-to-case basis.

4) Injury liability

When signing up for our services, you accept that neither our tennis coach personally nor our company will be held liable for any potential injuries happening to you or your kids during class. While our coaches do their best to guarantee your safety on the court (rolling wet courts, removing balls in the pathway, correcting wrong stroke techniques, etc) injuries are part of the game and can happen to anyone. Pre-existing medical conditions need to be communicated to our coach. 

5) Change of policies

Our company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions including the pricing of our coaching services at any time. Notice will be given on our website and/or to our students personally.
